Meet Ansley Dafnis

“Getting to know each patient on a personal level allows me to drive care that is more efficient, accurate, and of higher quality compared to the traditional one-size-fits-all approach.”
Dr. Dafnis is board-certified in family medicine. She attended the University of South Florida, where she earned her degree in Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Dafnis went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine Netherlands-Antilles. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Central Florida/HCA College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, where she also served as Chief Resident. After completing residency, Dr. Dafnis joined BayCare Medical Group.
Influenced to become a doctor by her father, a pulmonologist/critical care physician, she spent much of her childhood at Brandon Regional Hospital while he rounded. Dr. Dafnis was born and raised in Valrico, Florida. Being very family-oriented, she enjoys that her entire family lives nearby in the Tampa Bay area.
