Patient Care Coordinator

A patient care coordinator on the day to day
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to work closely with our patients and physicians to deliver high-touch, personalized care. This role includes both clinical and clerical responsibilities, such as communicating with patients via phone, email, and text; triaging patients to identify emergent and non-emergent situations; scheduling appointments; obtaining prior authorizations; and submitting prescriptions to pharmacies. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least three years of combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience, who enjoys detail-oriented administrative work and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and timely completion of tasks.

Clinic Support

We are seeking an LPN or medical assistant to work closely with our patients and physicians to provide high-touch, personalized patient care. This role includes preparing and administering in-office injections and vaccines, performing EKGs, body composition analysis, and medication reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional medical, patient service, and leadership skills while providing concierge service to our members. The ideal candidate would have five years of experience as an LPN or medical assistant, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Clinic Office Manager (RN)

The Clinic Office Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a satellite clinic while partnering closely with physicians and clinical support staff to deliver an exceptional, personalized concierge care experience. This role blends clinical expertise with operational leadership to ensure outstanding patient service, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced leader who is passionate about building and developing high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, facilitating effective communication and meetings, and continuously improving processes. This individual will oversee facility operations and vendor relationships while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, hospitality, and continuous improvement that reflects the organization's commitment to exceptional patient care.

Does Griffin Concierge Medical bill insurance?
No. Griffin Concierge Medical is a membership-based concierge practice and members pay an annual membership fee. As the practice puts it, free from the burden of insurance, our membership-based practice is founded on deep personal relationships between our patients and our physicians.
What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership model of primary care. Patients pay an annual fee to a practice that deliberately keeps a smaller panel, which allows longer appointments and direct access to their own physician. Griffin Concierge Medical does not bill insurance for its services.
