Director of Clinical Operations
We’re looking for a Director of Clinical Operations to join our team and ensure that our members receive the highest level of care. This person will manage daily operations for our clinics, oversee clinical protocols, and lead the organization in the proactive and seamless delivery of services across the organization. The Director of Clinical Operations will recruit, manage, and develop clinical team members and oversee all aspects of the membership experience. This person will also determine and implement process improvement initiatives. This role is for someone with an instinctive and comprehensive understanding of nursing and clinical support, customer service, and team management.
Patient Care Coordinator
At GCM, our Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) works closely with our members and physicians to provide high-touch, personalized care. Responsibilities include clinical and clerical work as necessary, communicating with patients via phone, email, and text, triaging with patients to identify emergent and non-emergent situations, scheduling appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, and submitting prescriptions to pharmacies. The ideal candidate would have at least three years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience. At GCM, Patient Care Coordinator team members who thrive enjoy detail-oriented administrative duties that require multitasking and timely completion of tasks.
Medical Assistant
At GCM, our medical assistants (MA) provide direct and indirect care in a clinical setting, which includes preparing and administering in-office injections and vaccines, performing EKGs, body composition analysis, and medication reconciliation. The medical assistant reviews, restocks, cleans, and organizes exam rooms and lab inventory. The preferred candidate should have three years of experience as a medical assistant, with a preference for experience in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate would have exceptional medical and patient service skills while providing concierge service to our members.
Dietitian
At GCM, our dietitian builds long-term relationships with our patients and plays a crucial role in helping them achieve and maintain their health and nutrition goals. Responsibilities will involve completing nutrition assessments, personalized nutrition plans, and ongoing support to our patients. The candidate will have knowledge of weight loss medications, assist the patient in medical weight loss, be proficient in a variety of different diets including low carbohydrate, keto, gluten-free, intermittent fasting, paleolithic, etc., and adapt plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each patient. This role requires expertise in nutrition, strong communication skills, and the ability to empower patients to make informed choices for healthier living. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in dietetics or nutrition with five years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist.
