Physician

Free from the burden of insurance, our membership-based practice is founded on deep personal relationships between our patients and our physicians. Our patient panels are limited to allow unrushed, in-depth conversations. Each of our physicians has a designated care team, including a patient care coordinator and a medical assistant.

Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to work closely with our patients and physicians to deliver high-touch, personalized care. This role includes both clinical and clerical responsibilities, such as communicating with patients via phone, email, and text; triaging patients to identify emergent and non-emergent situations; scheduling appointments; obtaining prior authorizations; and submitting prescriptions to pharmacies. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse (RN) with at least three years of combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience, who enjoys detail-oriented administrative work and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and timely completion of tasks.
Clinic Support
We are seeking an LPN or medical assistant to work closely with our patients and physicians to provide high-touch, personalized patient care. This role includes preparing and administering in-office injections and vaccines, performing EKGs, body composition analysis, and medication reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have exceptional medical, patient service, and leadership skills while providing concierge service to our members. The ideal candidate would have five years of experience as an LPN or medical assistant, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Accounting Specialist
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations, with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This role is responsible for billing, collections, cash application, and vendor invoice processing, while partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments and accurate financial records. This position also supports month-end activities, resolves routine issues, and analyzes workflows to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and cash flow. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and meeting deadlines.
Clinic Resource Nurse
The Clinical Resource Nurse (CRN) serves as a highly skilled clinical expert and trusted resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams across the organization. This role plays a vital part in supporting exceptional patient care through real-time clinical guidance, mentorship, and collaborative problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is passionate about clinical excellence, enjoys supporting and developing others, and thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. While this position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, the CRN serves as a key clinical partner who helps strengthen clinical decision-making, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Patient Care Coordinator Manager
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Manager oversees the performance, clinical coordination activities, and development of the PCC team across all locations. This role partners closely with physicians and operations leadership to ensure a seamless, high-touch, concierge-level member experience through effective care coordination, communication, operational oversight, and team accountability.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong leadership, clinical judgment, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. This position focuses on team performance, patient experience, KPI management, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and consistent execution of GCM’s elevated service standards.
Due to the complexity of patient needs, triage responsibilities, and care coordination activities, this position requires a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). This individual serves as a clinical resource to the PCC team, supporting escalation management, patient safety, continuity of care, and operational consistency. This role exercises independent judgment and discretion on matters of significance, including staffing decisions, patient escalations, service recovery, operational improvements, and team accountability.
