Physician

Our patient panels are limited to allow unrushed, in-depth conversations. Each of our physicians has a designated care team, including a patient care coordinator and a medical assistant.

Clinic Office Manager (LPN or RN)
We’re looking for a highly organized LPN or RN for our Clinic Office Manager position at our St. Petersburg office, opening in 2025. Working closely with our primary care concierge physicians to provide high-touch, personalized patient care for our members, this person will build and develop an exceptional clinical support team, implement process improvements, and regularly collaborate with our team in our flagship Tampa office. Our ideal team member is results-oriented with a focus on fiscal responsibility and quality of care and has an instinctive and comprehensive understanding of nursing, customer service, and team management.
Patient Care Coordinator
We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to work closely with our patients and physicians to provide high-touch, personalized care. Responsibilities include clinical and clerical work as necessary, communicating with patients via phone, email, and text, triaging with patients to identify emergent and non-emergent situations, scheduling appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, and submitting prescriptions to pharmacies. The ideal candidate has at least three years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience, enjoys detail-oriented administrative duties, and thrives in an environment that require multitasking and timely completion of tasks.
Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant
We’re looking for an experienced licensed practical nurse or medical assistant to join our clinic support team. This person will provide direct and indirect care in a clinical setting at a concierge medical practice, including preparing and administering in-office injections and vaccines, performing EKGs, and assisting with body composition analysis and medication reconciliation. This person will also enter chart data, set up equipment and procedures, and ensure exam rooms and laboratory are clean, restocked, and organized. This role is for someone with exceptional medical and patient service skills and either three years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or six years of experience as a medical assistant, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Dietitian
We’re looking for a dietitian to build long-term relationships with our patients and play a crucial role in helping them achieve and maintain their health and nutrition goals. Responsibilities will involve completing nutrition assessments, building personalized nutrition plans, and providing ongoing support to our patients. The candidate will have knowledge of weight loss medications, assist the patient in medical weight loss, be proficient in a variety of different diets including low carbohydrate, keto, gluten-free, intermittent fasting, paleolithic, etc., and adapt plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each patient. This role requires expertise in nutrition, strong communication skills, and the ability to empower patients to make informed choices for healthier living. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in dietetics or nutrition with five years of experience as a registered dietitian nutritionist.
