Dr. Gregory Baker is a board-certified family medicine physician with a deep focus on collaborative, patient-centered care. He earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville and completed his family medicine residency at the renowned Mayo Clinic. In 2022, Dr. Baker further advanced his expertise by earning a master’s in healthcare leadership from Brown University. Dr. Baker is the local staff physician for the Philadelphia Phillies and the physician to talent for Live Nation concerts in Tampa Bay, including the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. Dr. Baker was selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, representing the top 7% of U.S. physicians.
Dr. Baker’s approach is rooted in fostering meaningful relationships with his patients and leaving no stone unturned when it comes their health. He takes time to listen and fully understand each patient’s unique needs, creating focused care plans that help his patients improve their quality of life. He has been delivering personal, high-quality care for more than 20 years and transitioned back to concierge medicine from family medicine at AdventHealth to dedicate more time and attention to building lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Dr. Baker was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He met his wife, also a family medicine physician, in high school, and they are proud parents of two sons. In addition to spending quality time with his family, Dr. Baker enjoys golfing and jet skiing with friends.
